Terms of Service
1. Description of Service
SightQC is a visual quality inspection platform operated by ARCAISYS PRIVATE LIMITED ("ARCAISYS"). The service leverages computer vision models (trained on SageMaker) and local edge inference engine configurations (AWS IoT Greengrass) to analyze products on conveyor systems and catalog defect anomalies.
2. Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)
99.9% Uptime Commitment: ARCAISYS guarantees a 99.9% monthly service uptime availability for all active accounts on the Professional and Enterprise tiers.
Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance blocks (conducted during non-shift hours on Sundays) and issues caused by local internet outages at the customer's factory floor. In the event of an edge connectivity failure, local model containers will continue executing edge classifications, although cloud telemetry sync will pause until link recovery.
3. Subscription Terms & Billing
SightQC services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis in Indian Rupees (INR) based on the active production lines and camera counts. Fees are charged in advance of the service cycle. Additional lines or cameras added à la carte mid-month are billed pro-rata.
Free Trial: Starter tier validation offers a 30-day trial limit. Upon expiration, access will pause unless active payment structures are defined.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing clean power grids and mounting brackets for industrial camera setups.
- Restricting camera viewing bounds to product segments on conveyors, preventing privacy intrusion of shift workers.
- Ensuring edge micro-controllers running our containers are isolated from non-essential internet traffic.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ARCAISYS PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for manufacturing batch scrappage, line shutdowns, shipment penalties, or lost revenue arising from false-positive or false-negative model classifications on your lines. SightQC is a support platform designed to assist QA operators and should be integrated with redundancy safeguards.
